Description:

The work of this single bid project will improve accessibility through the Campus at various parking areas and athletic fields. These accessibility improvements involve seven different parking lot areas as well as pedestrian circulation routes to select athletic fields.

The scope of work will regrade and replace parking areas and sidewalks to comply with ADA guidelines. The project also includes stormwater drainage improvements and exterior lighting replacement. Hazardous materials abatement is included in the work.

Plans will be available after August 4, 2025 through Camelot Print & Copy Center (www.camelotprintandcopy.us or Email: Camelotbids@teamcamelot.com).

A project walk-through has been scheduled for August 13, 2025 at 11:00AM meeting at Purchase Campus - Facilities Maintenance Building. Please confirm the date/time with the Consultant.

All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 3/22 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
