Electronic Information – Database Subscriptions for Libraries

Stony Brook University intends to purchase Electronic Databases utilizing a
custom package from EBSCO Information Services to include: Index to Printed
Music, RIPM Retrospective Index to Music Periodicals with Full Text, APA
Psyc TESTS, RILM Abstracts of Music Literature (former 1967 subscribers),
MLA International Bibliography, and Atla Religion Database.

Stony Brook University intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law #355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000.00 for the above noted services/commodity. A SEALED BID WILL NOT BE HELD. Interested parties should contact the agency contact person listed in this ad to discuss this opportunity.

A vendor who believes that they can provide this product/service or an
equivalent should contact the designated contact. Inquiries must be received by
the due date listed below. If an equivalent is offered, equivalency must be
demonstrated by being compatible with existing equipment. If offering an
equivalent, the vendor must provide free supporting documentation and product
for examination, demonstration, and trial. Contractor might be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, NYS Tax Law Section 5-A, valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms.
