City of Kingston Historic Preservation Consulting Services

The City of Kingston, NY (“City”) as Contractor to the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation & Historic Preservation (“NYSOPRHP”) (“Grantor”) (“State”) is seeking a Historic Preservation Consultant or team of Consultants (“Consultant”) to provide professional services to develop a comprehensive socio-cultural and architectural history with verified data of the proposed Wilbur National Historic District, to create a robust descriptive inventory of the architectural resources, create a comprehensive district description and significance statement, and to submit the State and National Register nomination paperwork to New York SHPO. This project is funded by a grant from the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation through FFY24 Historic Preservation Fund (HPF) Sub-Grant/Certified Local Government (CLG) Award
