Notice of Invitation for Quotes
The Town of Wilbraham invites quotes for the purpose of performing line painting in the Town of Wilbraham.
Quotes must be made in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Town laws and by-laws and
regulations and must comply in all respects with the instructions, conditions, specifications and other
requirements in the Invitation for Quote package. Prevailing State Minimum Wage Rates must be complied with
in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, 26-27H. These wage rates are contained within the contract documents.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30 39M. The successful
quoter shall be required to furnish a payment bond in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of their Quote.
Quote packages can be obtained from the Department of Public Works, Town Hall, 240 Springfield Street,
Wilbraham, MA 01095 (413-596-2800 x208) via email at DPW@wilbraham-ma.gov beginning on Wednesday,
July 22, 2026. Quotes must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026 where they will be opened.
All quotes must be submitted on the official Standard Quote Form, included in the quote packages. Quotes must
include the signed Non-Collusion and Non-Discrimination paperwork as well as the Certification of Labor
Harmony and OSHA Training. No quote may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five days, excluding Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays, after the due date for quotes.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any
quote, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the
Town of Wilbraham.
