Purpose
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is: The Quinault Tribal Court is seeking proposals
from qualified individuals or organizations to design and perform professional development
training focused on strengthening collaboration, communication, and integration of current and
incoming staff/team members by:
• Strengthening teamwork and collaboration between existing Court staff members and
incoming Court staff, QIN departments and Wellness Court teams when appropriate.
• Fostering trust, accountability, and positive workplace relationships.
• Enhancing employee engagement and morale.
• Enhancing conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workplace culture and organizational effectiveness.
• Strengthening team alignment around organizational values and goals.
• Developing strategies for sustaining team cohesion following the training.
Training will be held between August 24th and 25th, 2026 for 8-12 hours in Ridgefield, WA.

II. SCOPE OF WORK
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate and lead a one and a half day off-site team training designed to foster team cohesion,
collaboration, and alignment towards common goals between existing and incoming staff.
The training should include a combination of facilitated workshops, team-bonding activities, and
strategic discussions that incorporate activities that encourage participation from both existing
and new staff. Training 8-12 hours to be held between August 24-26, 2026.
Objectives: Build trust and rapport among existing and new staff members. Enhance
communication and interpersonal relationships. Align team goals and objectives with
organizational priorities. Develop strategies for teamwork and collaboration.
Expected Outcomes for the Team: Strengthened relationships and trust between existing staff
members and incoming staff members, QIN Departments and teams. Enhanced communication
and collaboration. Increased clarity and alignment on team objectives and priorities. Enhanced
problem-solving, conflict resolution skills and decision-making abilities.
III. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
In order to be considered, proposals shall include the following elements:
1. Proposal including general proposed training, timeline and deliverables;
2. Proposed cost;
3. A minimum of three references, preferably from previous similar contracts performed;
Proposals will be evaluated based on cost and experience, both being weighed equally.
