Description:

The City of Ypsilanti is looking for stump removal, wood disposal, and site restoration, for stumps identified by the City Department of Public Works (“DPW”) that are all located in the right of way. Number of stumps in scope depends on Contractor pricing and Contractor availability to complete all work (removing stump, disposing of all wood, and restoring all sites) by end of day October 24, 2025.

One unbound paper copy with the proposal form flagged and one electronic copy (e.g. USB flash drive) of the proposal must be delivered in an opaque sealed envelope. The envelope must be properly labeled (including FedEx and UPS labels) as follows:
