The
Klamath County Board of County Commissioners together with the Klamath County Finance and Human Resources Departments
invite written sealed proposals from all qualified vendors for software and implementation services for a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software as a Service (SaaS) system.
The RFP document may be obtained from the undersigned at 305 Main Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 or by calling (541) 851-3693 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

There will be no mandatory pre-proposal meeting.
Sealed proposals marked “Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
”
will be received until 11 a.m., November 12, 2024, at Klamath County, Attn: Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager, 305 Main St, Klamath Falls, OR 97601. Proposals may be delivered via U.S. mail, courier, or hand-delivered. Late, faxed or electronically transmitted proposals shall not be accepted.
Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency that it is in the public interest to do so.
