Description:

The City of Redmond is soliciting interest from consulting firms under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Owner’s Representative services for the redevelopment of the City’s Maintenance and Operations Center (MOC) using the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) delivery method. The successful consultant/team will work with the City to develop solicitation documents, including the RFQ/Request for Proposal (RFP) and PDB Agreements, assist with Design-Builder selection, and manage the Design-Builder and the PDB contract.
This project will redevelop the existing 9-acre MOC site to meet the growing needs of the City. All existing facilities on the site will be affected by this project. When completed, the new MOC will be a facility that will meet the City’s existing and future needs and will be functional, efficient, safe, and adaptable.
