    The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, H. Barber & Sons, Inc. can provide the department with Barber Road Rakes. The Barber Road Rakes can only be purchased from H. Barber & Sons, Inc. The contract period will be from Notice of Award - March 30, 2027 with two (2) additional one-year renewal option periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically, mailed, UPS or FEDEX. It is required to contact the buyer of record at Nanci.Grannemann@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
