Project Description: The City of Chester is soliciting information from qualified, certified, lead abatement contractors to provide lead hazard reduction services for approximately 120 residential parcels over a three-year period. This Lead Hazard Reduction Program is primarily funded through a Lead Hazard Reduction Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and will be administered by the City’s Bureau of Health.
