Project Description: The City of Chester is soliciting information from qualified, certified lead inspectors/risk assessor firms to provide lead-based paint inspections/risk assessment management services for approximately 120 residential parcels over a three-year period. This Lead Hazard Reduction Program is primarily funded through a Lead Hazard Reduction Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and will be administered by the City’s Bureau of Health.
