FRCE Site Visit for Immersion Tank Replacement

The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East or FRCE) – Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, intends to procure one (1) Immersion Tank replacement. This includes the removal and disposal of the old immersion tank, piping, and duct work, up to the connection with duct work at the inside wall. This immersion tank will be located in Building 137, FRCE, MCAS Cherry Point, NC. Please see the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this Pre-Solicitation Notice for the entire set of requirements.

Site Visit:

There will be a site visit to help vendors understand the requirement. The site visit will be held 15 October 2025. Please provide a site visit request to the POCs below no later than 01 October 2025 in order to attend.

Please submit a visit request by email submitted on company letterhead containing the following (Company Letterhead Example of required information attached):

•Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Place of Birth (include city and state), and Citizenship (Any person that is Foreign National will require a longer approval time, typical 3-4 weeks).

•If foreign national: Copy of Work Visa/Green Card or Passport (Front & Back).

•Name of the FRC East Point of Contact and their phone number. Purpose of visit, start date and end date of visit; company name, company address, company POC, and phone number.
