INVITATION TO BID
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the OB Curtis Water Treatment Plant -
Electrical Resiliency Project to be performed for JXN Water. You are invited to submit a competitive bid for the
Bid Package defined herein.
We are soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the bid packages that have been developed for this project scope of
work. You are encouraged to submit proposals on the bid packages that you are qualified to perform. The project's
MBE/WBE fair share objectives are 3.1% MBE and 1.1% WBE. For further details, you are encouraged to contact the bid

The project schedule will be based on pump delivery lead times. Wharton-Smith, Inc. and JXN Water will receive
electronic bids for the project up to the date and time indicated below.
