Synopsis:

|
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Fence Extensions/Replacements Package 2C, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).
SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.
The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to complete the installation of one (1) fence extensions at existing SaskPower switching stations located near Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
As well, the Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to complete the demolition of the existing fence and supply and installation the new fence for two (2) existing SaskPower stations located near Dore Lake and Spruce Home, Saskatchewan.
In addition to the installation of the fence extensions, the Contractor shall also be responsible for all associated above-grade grounding extensions required for the fence. Below-grade grounding work may be included. The Contractor shall also be responsible for all site preparation remediation during and after construction, as well as the installation of all fence signs along the completed fence.
