Project Description: FY26 Barnstable Police Station Detectives Wing HVAC Upgrades - Filed Sub Bid Electrical. The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to:
Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for demolition of existing hvac equipment, removal and replacement of ceilings, Installation of new hvac equipment, Cleaning of existing ductwork, Installation of new doors and frames, windows, and louvers. Brickwork associated with new fenestration installation, minor demolition of interior finishes, alternate scopes of work.
