The Contractor shall furnish, test, and deliver Two (2) low flow gate operator as described herein to Alum Creek Lake, 5905 Lewis Center Rd., Lewis Center, OH 43035-9215. The new operators must be an exact drop-in match for the existing gate operators currently in use and have the exact performance criteria as the originals. Each low flow gate operator shall be manufactured by Limitorque and include the electric actuator, enclosure, controls, position indication, drive, base, starter, and handwheel as detailed below for a complete motor operated floor stand. The units are to be used to operate a low flow gates on the Alum Creek Dam intake structure. Contractor must install a handwheel on each unit for manual operation. Remote operation for each unit must be successfully checked at the Contractor’s facility during witness testing.
