Description

VHA | EKHCS | SPS DEPARTMENT | WATER PURIFICATION TESTING AND PM&R SERVICES
Contractor will provide, install, monitor, maintain and repair/replace, if necessary, a critical water system capable of producing water that meets all AAMI ST108 standards for critical and utility water utilized in SPS, following all applicable tables in ST108 (2,4,5,6)
Incoming water to both sites (Topeka and Leavenworth) are extremely different and will require differing amounts of regular filter changes. It may be advisable to install a sand type filter in the system at the Topeka site.
Contractor will provide a monthly written report showing continued compliance with AAMI ST108 standards to the COR at each campus, Topeka, and Leavenworth.
