W911YU25QA018, GUNG CYP Youth Regional, Guam National Guard, Barrigada, Guam, Amendment 0002.This amendment corrects CLIN and Performance Work Statement (PWS) under section 3 to change availability of services times, section 4.1.4 and 4.1.5 to change the event space/meal room from 2 separate rooms to 1 combined room and remove coffee as needed by the requiring activity. Instructions to Offerors is amended to reflect Simplified Acquisition Procedures in place of LPTA language. Contractors shall complete boxes #8 and #15 of the SF30, and include with their quotation. The quotations shall be evaluated based on Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, Size Standard $40,000,000.
