All bids must be entered into the City of Elgin’s web portal at https://cityofelgin.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx no later than November 14, 2024 at 11:00 am. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 945 Bluff City Blvd, Elgin, IL 60120 at 10:00 am on November 6, 2024.
