Brief Description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for preliminary and final design services for SP 4203-59. SP 4203-59 is a Reduced Conflict Intersection (RCI) project on Trunk Highway (TH) 23 at the intersection of Tiger Drive and State Drive in the City of Marshall. The goal of this project is to provide the State with project development, preliminary and detailed design services, and deliverables needed to bring SP 4203-59 to letting on schedule.
