Davidson County Transportation System (DCTS), having oversight for transportation services for all Davidson County Human Services Agencies and outside agencies is requesting proposals for the provision of Transportation for:

(1) Senior Services:

a. Nutrition,

b. Medical

c. Adult Day Care

d. Dialysis

e. Employment

(2) Life Center of Davidson County

(3) Workshop of Davidson

(4) Work First Family Assistance Program

(5) Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)


Sealed Proposals subject to the conditions made a part hereof will be received until

2:00 p.m., August 20, 2025, for furnishing services described herein.   In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this opening will take place on the next business day the County is open.

No admittance, if late, for the Pre-bid Conference.  You will be asked to leave.

For all prospective offerors, the Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. August 12, 2025, at the Support Services Department. Attendance at this conference is a prerequisite for consideration of an offeror's proposal.   Copies of the bid package will be available at the pre-bid conference. Prospective offerors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. The address is listed above.  In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this meeting will take place on the next business day, the County is open.

It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed.

a.        Separately submitted and sealed Technical and Cost Proposals
b.        Include a Letter of Transmittal signed by the person(s) with the authority to bind your firm and answer questions or provide clarification concerning submitted proposals
c.        Typed on 8 ½ “ x 11” paper, 12 pt. Times New Roman
d.        Include a digital copy on a Memory Stick with PDFs of the technical and cost proposals identified appropriately.
e.        Include 1 original and 3 copies of the Technical and Cost Proposals
f.        Completely and accurately address the criteria found in this RFP (with particular participation in current business practices in the System Information and Project Expectations)
g.        Completely and accurately complete all required forms.
h.        Delivered by the date and time identified On the cover sheet
