Town of Sylvan Lake
The Town of Sylvan Lake invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for Phase 2 of our Security System Upgrades. Phase 1 standardized on Hanwha Wisenet X Series NVRs and Hanwha Q Series cameras. To maintain consistency and compatibility, only vendors who can supply and configure Hanwha Wisenet products—specifically Wisenet X Series NVRs and Q Series cameras—will be considered.

Project Objectives:
- Expand and upgrade the municipality’s security camera infrastructure across multiple
sites.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing Hanwha Wisenet systems and mixed-brand
environments (HikVision, Axis).
- Provide end-to-end programming, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Optimize coverage and reliability for critical municipal locations, with future scalability in
mind.
