Marine Launch Transport Service

The Town of Oak Bluffs is seeking proposals from qualified parties for the provision of a marine launch service within its harbor to facilitate the transport of persons to and from vessels to the shore in the southeast corner of the harbor starting Memorial Weekend to Mid-October. This RFP is for a three -year contract.

Sealed proposals, including a separate Qualifications – Plan of Services Proposal and Price Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the instructions and requirements contained in the RFP.

Proposals to be must be submitted to the Town Administrator, Oak Bluffs Town Hall, 56 School Street, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557, before 2:00 P.M on Wednesday February 18, 2026.

Late, faxed, e-mailed and/or unsigned proposals will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all proposals if it deems it to be in the public interest to do so.
