Synopsis:

E BIDDING FORMS & DOCUMENTS AT: https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca

The Work involves Supply and install concrete walkways and concrete monument foundation. Works to
include:


• Construction of 95 m of concrete monolithic sidewalk along Price Avenue from First Street to Kreative Kidz Early Learning Centre.
• Remove and replace 40 m of existing monolithic sidewalk adjacent of the Town of Gull Lake Post Office on Conrad Ave.
• Supply and install 123 m of reinforced concrete monument foundation
• Tie to existing adjacent areas including landscaping and saw cutting of asphalt, including removal and dispose of existing materials.
• Quality Control of materials and confirmation of base compaction.

Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Town of Gull Lake.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.

Additional Information:

Electronic bids will be received through Bids and Tenders website (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) up to 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing.

Contract Documents will be available on Bids and Tenders website (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) on or after Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time using Bids and Tenders website (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca).

Any changes to the bid documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted to the online bidding website and will form part of the bid. No amendment of any kind to the tenderer is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum. Upon submitting to this Bid, Bidders will be deemed to have received Notice of all addenda that have been posted and deemed to have considered the information for inclusion in the tender submitted.
