Synopsis:

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting an Invitation to Tender for a qualified provider to supply and deliver approximately 100,000 to 160,000 gallons per month of potable water to SIGA’s Bear Claw Casino & Hotel in Carlyle, Sk. Location details below. SIGA does not guarantee these amounts will be utilized each month. This is just an estimate for the purpose of this tender.

SIGA is looking to establish a one (1) year Services Agreement with two (2) one (1) year renewal options with the successful supplier, which is subjects to mutual agreement by both parties.

Requirements of Qualifying Bidders:


 Bidders must have at least three years experience in providing similar services. Bidder should identify the number of years in business and detailed qualifications as it pertains to the services in this Invitation to Tender and provide with bid submission.
 The vendor will be expected to consistently deliver the service within the mandated turnaround time.
 The vendors are to provide proof of insurance in order to be considered for this tender.
 SIGA reserves the right at its discretion to cancel the contract if it deems the quality of service is inadequate.
 Any damage to Bear Claw’s water storage systems as a result of poor water quality drawn from an
unauthorized source will be billed back to the vendor.
 SIGA reserves the right to randomly and frequently test water being delivered.
 SIGA reserves the right to inspect the source of water and the water facility.
 SIGA reserves the right to inspect the delivery vehicle(s) and water tank.
 SIGA reserves the right to randomly test the measurement equipment used to verify quantities of delivered
water.
 All pricing quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
 SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
 Vendor will be required to submit evidence as to their ability to carry out the Services. This includes three (3)
references of similar sized contracts. SIGA and or it’s employees should not be used as references for this tender.
