Description:

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the construction of one new cafeteria building and one new crew cabin. Work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing; construction of a new masonry cafeteria building and a new wood-framed crew cabin; paving, underground utilities, wastewater disposal systems and lift stations with associated general, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and sitework in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This phased project is separated Construction, Plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and Electrical Prime Contracts.
