The Division of Community and Regional Affairs of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development is soliciting proposals from qualified offerors to complete a Typhoon Merbok Unmet Needs Assessment and Action Recovery Plan for our Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery award. The department estimates a budget of $800,000 for the completion of this project. Proposals priced at more than $800,000 over the contact firm term and all renewal options will be considered non-responsive.
