Overview

Summary

The purpose of this project is to replace the current limited functionality CAD system with a new integrated system encompassing CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), RMS (Records Management System), and Mobile components, provided by a single vendor, that provides a seamless user experience and addresses multiple shortcomings. This project aligns with the strategic initiative of creating a Welcoming Transit Environment.
