Venous Blood Lead Level Testing

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with a qualified firm capable of performing occupant blood lead level testing for the HUD funded Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Program, administered by the Rockland County Office of Community Development (“RCOCD”). These services will be required for residents of the County of Rockland (“County”) who reside in units being assisted through this program as required by RCOCD. Most individuals in need of testing will be aged 6 years and under, though there may be some individuals above 6 years of age who will require testing. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award toa single contractor.
