Bid Description:
The Town of St. Albans is soliciting bids from qualified professional firms to perform the work to replace a corrugated metal pipe arch culvert on French Hill Road with a precast concrete box culvert and associated site work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at Cross Consulting Engineers, 103 Fairfax Road, St. Albans, Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. or at the Town offices located at 398 Georgia Shore Road on Mondays through Fridays 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. or on the Town’s website at www.stalbanstown.com.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, November 14th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. on-site. All questions shall be referred to the Engineer at pgarceau@crossconsultingengineers.com. Deadline for questions is end of day Tuesday, November 26th, 2024. Bidders may inspect the work at any time. Deadline for bids is Thursday, December 5th, 2024 at 10:00 A.M.
