This solicitation has been amended to answer a question and to update the RFP N68335-24-R-0014 (the version originally attached inadvertently had the draft watermark in it) (Amendment 0002) and to update the secondary point of contact (Amendment 0003). Offerors should take note that Danielle Ramos has been REMOVED as the secondary POC and has been replaced with Will Hemhauser - ALL PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO BOTH THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY POC'S IDENTIFIED IN THE RFP. As a result of the amendments, the proposal submission date has been extended to 12 pm EST on Thursday, 23 January 2025.

This solicitation has been amended to update the SOW (to remove section 5, which was considered duplicative of other sections) and to attach a CDRL that is referenced in the SOW but was inadvertently omitted from the solicitation. Offerors who are already in possession of the documents for this effort should contact Tammy Fossa at tamara.d.fossa.civ@us.navy.mil to request the updated SOW and additional CDRL, which will be sent via DOD Safe. The proposal submission date has been extended to 4 pm EST on Tuesday, 21 January 2025.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, is officially releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) as an unrestricted competition. This solicitation is for the manufacture and production of jet engine blade tip grinder and a jet engine vane tip stator grinder for the CH-53K IAW the attached Solicitation N68335-24-R-0014. For access to the Government provided documents associated with this solicitation, please send a request with an approved DD2345 via E-Mail to the address shown below no later than 4 pm Monday, 25 November 2024 referencing this post and requesting access.

Interested Offerors must be U.S. Government contractors and/or U.S. DoD contractors. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, which can be accessed at www.sam.gov.

All responsible sources are encouraged to submit required information for this effort as described in the RFP.

The response date for proposal submission is 12:00 PM EST, 6 January 2025.
