Sealed bids shall be received by the City of Leawood, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk until the above time for the construction of Ironhorse Golf Club- Driving Range Improvement Project. The work shall include: Re-grade, install drainage and irrigation system, and re-grass the Driving Range. All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk, City of Leawood, 4800 Town Center Drive, Leawood, Kansas 66211, and shall be clearly marked " Ironhorse Golf Club- Driving Range Improvement Project." At the above stated time and place, all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened.
