SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking to lease commercial warehouse space within 1 mile of its downtown campus located at 750 E. Adams Street, Syracuse NY 13210 and meeting the following criteria: Gross Square Footage- Approximately 7,500 of one level contiguous floor space. Open structural framing plan to minimize build out costs. Private restrooms within the space. Secure electronic entrance(s). One hour response to emergency calls 24hrs/day/seven days /week. All entrances and restrooms ADA accessible. Entire space compliant with current fire and building codes. Loading dock preferred: 1-2 bays. Heavy duty floor loading up to 300 PSF on minimum of 2,000 SF. Secure and safe parking for a minimum of 15 employees within one block of space. Landlord to be responsible for all snow removal. Expected lease term- Three (3) to Five (5) years, depending on Landlord incentives. Occupancy will be required by Spring of 2026 Hours of operations 24/7.
