THIS IS AN OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN SOLICITATION. ONLY VENDORS WILL BE CONSIDERED proposing the approved sources of supply under PR number 1000197440 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, 1-year BASE with 4 1-year option for CFM INTERNATIONAL INC 58828 P/N 301-778-401-0.
NSN: 6150-01-200-2172; LEAD ASSEMBLY, ELEC; Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS); CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM and AF CSI REQUIREMENTS; NAICS 335313
Required delivery is 100 days. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery.
Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) - 18 each. The Guaranteed Minimum will be cited in the solicitation.
There will be a 1-year base with 4 1-Year options, for a total of five years. Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct.
Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 15 April 2025. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil).
