This has been deemed a single source as H. Barber & Sons is the manufacturer and only supplier for which this equipment can be purchased or rented from. This custom equipment from H. Barber & Sons is currently the only equipment on the market that can perform the necessary functions needed for the maintenance of our MnDOT Right of Way.
