NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the following project in

Division One:

MA00023 – Mobilization of Various Fully Operated Rental Equipment on the Outer Banks of

Currituck, Dare & Hyde Counties, Upon Request (ID/IQ)

WBS Element: GMR01.XD01.001

The Date of Availability for this Contract will be the date the Purchase Order is issued.

The Completion Date for this Contract is December 31, 2026.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goal = 0%

Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime

Prospective Bidders are encouraged to join the Bid Opening Conference Call approximately

five minutes prior to the Bid Opening, as the bids will be read promptly at 2:00 pm. If you are

unable to attend the Bid Opening Conference Call, bid results will also be posted on the
