AMENDMENT 36C26125Q0176 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Request for Quotation's response date from 01/16/2025 to 01/24/2025. The reason for this extension is due to the delay from technical experts to answer vendors submitted questions. Once answers have been obtained, they will be posted to SAM.gov



Request for Quote for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Residential Treatment and Substance Use Disorder Services in accordance with the performance work statement at the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System.
