The work to be performed under this contract is for the construction of Legacy Trail Parking Lot and traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Sky Vista Drive in Clark County, Nevada. The work will generally consist of improvements including plantmix bituminous surface, curb and gutter, sidewalk, median, street lights, traffic signal, landscaping, utility adjustments, water and sewer laterals, pavement markings, signing, dynamic message sign, automated gate system, retaining wall, fencing, and guardrail. The work also consists of miscellaneous removal and disposal and removal and salvage/replacement of designated items, traffic control, dust control, quality control, and other related items of work as specified and shown on the drawings.
