A&R Pacific-Garney Federal Joint Venture II, Tamuning, Guam (N62473-25-D-5203); AMA Diversified Construction Group, Petaluma, California (N62473-25-D-5204); Bethel Downstream Joint Venture, Anchorage, Alaska (N62473-25-D-5205); Bonita-Filanc Joint Venture I, Chula Vista, California (N62473-25-D-5206); Central Environmental Incorporated, Anchorage, Alaska (N62473-25-D-5207); CJW Construction Incorporated, Santa Ana, California (N62473-25-D-5208); Frawner Corporation, Anchorage, Alaska (N62473-25-D-5209); Gustav Keoni doing business as Precision Construction Services, San Luis Obispo, California (N62473-25-D-5210), Orion Construction Corporation, Vista, California (N62473-25-D-5211) are awarded a combined $249,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for new construction and repair and renovation of wet utility projects at various government installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. Sample work includes but is not limited to: water, steam, wastewater, storm sewer, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, and related work. All structures (including buildings) that are integral parts of the water, steam, wastewater, pumping stations, treatment plants and storage tanks are included. This contract will not include environmental remediation, waterfront/marine construction or petroleum, oils, and lubricant (POL) systems construction. Each awardee will be awarded $5,000 (minimum contract guarantee per awardee) at contract award. These contracts include options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $249,000,000 over a eight-year period to the nine vendors combined. Work will be performed in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico and is expected to be completed by December 2032. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $45,000 will be obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. All other funding will be made available at the delivery order level as contracting actions occur. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Southwest, San Diego, California is the contracting activity. The work to be performed provides for, but is not limited to, new construction, repair, and renovation of wet utilities projects at various government installations within the North American Industry Classification System Code 237110 by design-build or design-bid-build. Types of projects may include, but are not limited to: water, steam, wastewater, storm sewer, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, and related work. All structures (including buildings) that are integral parts of the water, steam, wastewater, pumping stations, treatment plants and storage tanks are included. This contract will not include environmental remediation, waterfront/marine construction or petroleum, oils, and lubricant (POL) systems construction.
