LAUSD invites the submittal of qualifications from “C-21 Building Moving/Demolition” and "C-22 Asbestos Abatement” licensed contractors in providing Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Abatement and Demolition Contracting Services for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, etc. of buildings, structures, or other real property District-Wide. Ordering is accomplished through the issuance of a Job Order under the Job Order Contract.
