Pre-Engineered Metal Red Iron Building for TCS

is hereby given that SEALED BIDS, one (1) unbound original, will be received by the City of Bartow, Attn: Purchasing Department, 450 N. Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830 prior to 2:00:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, and publicly opened shortly thereafter, at City Hall within a designated Conference Room located at the location stated above.

SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to furnish and deliver a pre-engineered, metal red iron building with all the plans included for foundation and erection for a new Transmission and Collection Systems (TCS) facility at 2500 US-17 N., Bartow, FL 33830.

At this time the City is looking for supply and delivery only, however, based on cost the City may elect to have the contractor also provide erection and installation services. All information related to this project is further detailed in the bid package.
