Description:
Design services to renovate interior of Bldg. 5100 located on the Conway Campus to support Nursing & Health professions training programs. The building was constructed in 1997, is 32,000 sf, one-story structure, comprised of steel panels on steel framing with brick facade. The foundation is on-grade, reinforced concrete slab and structure has multiple steel entry doors and no window. This is a non-PIP project.
