Scope
|
The selected Contractor must demonstrate comprehensive ALM capabilities, including ACS, IDS, VMS, fire alarm monitoring software integration, preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and engineering design services. Effective security system management requires a structured approach to maintaining, upgrading, and retiring assets throughout their operational life. ALM provides a comprehensive framework to ensure security systems remain reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient from initial deployment through end-of-life disposal. This process encompasses the systematic tracking of assets, routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and strategic planning for upgrades and replacements. By integrating engineering services, warranty oversight, and performance monitoring, ALM minimizes downtime, extends equipment longevity, and supports evolving security requirements. Ultimately, this lifecycle approach safeguards County facilities by maintaining operational integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and technical standards. |
