The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish one (1) or more contracts through competitive negotiations with qualified and experienced distributor’s or manufacturers for beer sales and services for the Summer Concert Series and other special events desiring alcohols services, for the Department of Parks & Recreation. If more than one vendor is selected, the event award dates will be on a rotation based on vendor availability.
