5759 Professional Event Management Services for the 2025 LINC-ing Futures event

The City of New Rochelle (“City”) is hosting a community event activation called “LINC-ing Futures” at Bethesda Baptist Church, located at 71 Lincoln Ave New Rochelle NY 10801.  The event will be open to the public from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on March 29,2025.

The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide staging, lighting, audio equipment, labor, and entertainment services for the event.

The awarded vendor (“Vendor”) shall be required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to perform the services hereunder in a safe and professional manner and commensurate with professional standards generally applicable to the industry.
