Description: The selected Consultant will develop an updated National Capital Region Freight Plan and associated materials for approval by the National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board (TPB). Consultant services are anticipated to include data/information gathering and analysis, plan writing, development of explanatory charts and graphs, GIS analysis and map development, and development of presentations.
