A. The purpose of this amendment 0004 is to provide response to the RFIs. Phase I proposal due date has been extended from December 11, 2025 to Tuesday, December 16, 2025 by 2:00 PM PST.
B. Attachments As-build Drawings Tiebacks Merged, Revised DB SOW Fresno VA_B1 Tieback_R1, VA Fresno ACM Survey Asbestos Study, and RFI Responses FRE Anchor Tie Downs 20251205 are attached to this amendment for reference.
C. Phase I Proposal is due on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 by 2:00 PM. PST.
D. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
