Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Software and Software Licenses/Subscriptions

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Software & Software Licenses/Subscriptions that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.
The period of performance is from date of Award to September 30, 2028. Fort Worth ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.

THIS RFP WILL REPLACE 20-035 AND 20-035-A WHICH WILL EXPIRE ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2024.


It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 150 campuses and departments.

The District may elect to issue subsequent proposals and approve additional vendors for the same or similar items/services during the agreement period, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the District. Subsequent proposals will have the same Proposal number followed by an alpha character i.e. (Proposal xx-xxx-A). Vendors that have responded successfully to the original or a subsequent proposal do not have to respond to other subsequent proposals.
