LEGAL NOTICE -INVITATION TO BID
The City of Malvern will receive sealed bids for Boys & Girls Club HVAC Replacement Project
located at 1840 W. Moline, Malvern, Arkansas.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 9:30 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025, and will be opened at 10:00
a.m., Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 120 West Third Street, Malvern, AR, 72104.
This is a performance-based bid. The City will not provide detailed technical specifications. Each bidder shall furnish a complete proposal, including equipment type, installation method, capacity, and warranty information, to meet or exceed the City’s stated performance criteria.
All questions regarding the project, site conditions, or scheduling of onsite inspections shall be directed to Boys & Girls Club at 501-337-4462. The City Clerk/Treasurer’s Office will only handle the receipt and opening of bids.

The successful bidder must be in compliance with the requirements of Arkansas Act 150 of 1965, and this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, the Work Hours Act of 1962, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Bids may be held by the City of Malvern for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days following opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept alternates that best meet the City’s needs and budget.
