This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures.

SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS

An optional site visit for interested offerors will be conducted on 02 September 2025, 0900 CHST. Offerors are to meet at the specified location in Northwest Field, Andersen AFB. Please see Attachment 3 – Site Visit Instructions for more information. All parties interested in attending the site visit shall send an email request to lee_michael.rosario@us.af.mil and ethan.langas.1@us.af.mil by 1430 CHST, 29 August 2025. Please provide your firm’s name, address, main point of contact and email address, as well as the first and last names of the personnel from your firm that will be attending the site visit. Site visit attendance is limited to two (2) individuals per contractor.
